An Indiana dad who was accused of murder and assault for shooting at a mob of people attacking his son on his college campus will no longer be prosecuted.

A Franklin County, Kentucky, grand jury declined to indict 48-year-old Jacob Bard on Tuesday, finding that there was not enough evidence to charge him in connection with the shooting at Kentucky State University (KSU).
