Former House Speaker Paul Ryan appeared on CNBC today and was utterly annihilated for refusing to support President Trump.

The infamous Never-Trump RINO appeared on Squawk Box on Thursday to discuss the incoming Trump Adminstration’s agenda. But things quickly got spicy between him and one of the co-hosts.

Ryan told Squawk Box he wanted to let bygones be bygones and called for the country to rally around Trump’s Administration. But Joe Kernan was not so willing to let Ryan off the hook and proceeded to roast him brutally.

“So now you’re calling for unity,” Kernan scoffed. After Ryan smiled and affirmed that he was, Kernan let him have it.

“It would have been nice before the election,” Kernan pointed out. “The other thing I thought was funny was when you said (mocking voice) ‘Hey look, I want Trump to succeed.'”

“You know who that sounds like?” he continued. “It sounds like a Democrat!”

Kernan then laughed in Ryan’s face.
