Two black teachers plan to sue Beverly Hills High School, alleging racism by pro-Trump students.

“We allege discrimination, harassment, retaliation, racial comments, physical threats,” said attorney Brad Gage in a press conference announcing the lawsuit.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a massive crowd of students gathered with Trump flags and pro-Trump apparel at Beverly Hills High School the day after the election. This prompted an email the school’s principal to parents, prohibiting students from holding demonstrations, which included jumping or shouting following Trump’s historic 2024 election victory. In his email to parents, the school principal claimed that recent exercises of “student political speech over the past 2 days” have left “many students feeling unsafe and unwelcome.”
