 Two RNLI lifeboats carrying 140 Channel migrants were denied entry to two larger ports before docking near Portsmouth, where they were met by hundreds of masked protesters.

Police officers were injured and vehicles damaged during a stand-off with more than 500 balaclava-clad men after the asylum seekers were brought ashore at Eastney Landing on Sunday.

The leader of Portsmouth City Council has heavily criticised the decision, claiming it had ‘put lives at risk’ and caused ‘needless disruption’.

It has now emerged that two RNLI crews were barred from docking at Southampton Port and Portsmouth Harbour, with governing bodies threatening legal action if they did so.

A broadcast on an open marine VHF radio revealed that Southampton Vessel Traffic Service and King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth denied the RNLI permission to enter either port or their approaches and failure to comply could result in criminal prosecution.

The crews of the Bembridge and Yarmouth lifeboats therefore decided to sail several miles further along the coast and dock instead at Eastney, where the confrontation later unfolded.

What it does signify is a massive popular protest against the warmongering political establishment in Europe and the United States. The Western establishment has right, left, and liberal adherents, so it is confounding to interpret the AfD election win as reflecting a precise position on the political spectrum.

Western establishment politics and media have labelled AfD as a “far-right party,” a label which the party rejects. It claims to be conservative, nationalist, Eurosceptic, anti-immigration, and seeking more reasoned foreign relations.

The far-right epithet seems to be a more politicized term that the establishment uses to demonize opponents, as it does in France and elsewhere. “Far left” is also used as a term of abuse to marginalize opponents. But what does it mean when those in the “liberal center” are more often the ones who are more warmongering and supportive of censorship, repression and anti-democratic powers?..........more...........

Border Patrol is running secretive predictive policing units that analyze Americans’ financial activity and other data, then feed that intelligence to local police who pull people over who are not suspected of any specific crime, but which the government thinks may be worth searching, 404 Media has found.

The units, the name of which 404 Media is revealing here for the first time, are called Predictive Intelligence Targeting Teams (PITT). In one case, a PITT analyzed the financial activity of a man who was driving across Montana, and local authorities stopped him under the pretense of an obstructed license plate and charged him with a DUI.

404 Media identified one PITT in the Spokane Sector, Washington, which polices the U.S. border with Canada, and another in the Laredo Sector, Texas, which polices the border with Mexico. The findings add to an Associated Press investigation from last year which found Border Patrol was using automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) as part of the same wide-spanning predictive policing program.

“The bottom line is genuine probable cause cannot be synthetically generated,” Jake Laperruque, deputy director of the Security and Surveillance Project at the Center For Democracy & Technology, told 404 Media in an email. Here Border Patrol seems to be “using parallel construction to cloak the reason behind its car stops in secrecy. The Story of Slavery Told Correctly

For several decades I have emphasized that black slavery was a product of black slave wars in Africa for which no white person has any responsibility.  It was black African rulers, such as the King of Dahomey, who enslaved and sold black Africans to Arabs and to British and European colonies in the New World where there was abundant resources and fertile land but no work force. This is an indisputable fact.  Some of the most famous leftists in history, such as Karl Polanyi, have documented this fact.  

Today as I write there stands on the Atlantic coast of Africa three miles south of Ouidan in Benin, the former Kingdom of Dahomey, the Gate of No Return, a memorial erected to mark the departure point where Africans enslaved by Africans were loaded aboard ships to be marketed to Arabs and to British and European colonists in the New World. The Gate of No Return sits at the end of a road known as the Route of the Slaves.  As far as I can ascertain, none of this factual history is acknowledged in any black studies program in any Western university or by any of the black organizations agitating for reparations from white peoples who neither enslaved nor owned a slave.

In the Western World the entire story of slavery is a total fabrication.  It is important to understand that no white Southerners or white anyone went into Africa to round up black slaves.  The black King of Dahomey was a powerful person. His army was armed with rifles obtained from the Arabs in exchange for slaves.  The King had an Amazon contingent, reportedly extremely ferocious.  No one was going to poach on the King of Dahomey.  Any who wanted slaves paid the King’s price. Dahomey dominated the slave wars, and the captives of Dahomey’s wars were the slaves who ended up in America..........more...........

The “far right” is on the march in Germany with an electoral victory for the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD). And the mainstream media alarms are ringing at maximum decibels.

“The far-right Alternative for Germany party surged to a resounding victory in a regional election Sunday, but fell a little short of winning a majority in its quest to form the country’s first far-right state government since World War II,” is how CBS News reported the news this week.

The AfD won in the eastern German state of Saxony-Anhalt with almost 44 percent of the vote, another sign of the party’s continued rising popularity. Germans are increasingly seeing past the media propaganda and ignoring the warning from its domestic spy agency, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), which classifies the AfD as an extremist organization.

The Numbers

If it weren’t for women and people over 70, the AfD would have obtained an absolute majority. The party did well with younger people and men. A majority (52 percent) of 35- to 59-year-olds voted for the AfD. It also did very well with workers and the self-employed, notching 59 percent of the votes from that group. And it racked up 65 percent of the votes among “those who, according to their own assessment, are in a poor financial situation,” per a German-language post-election analysis.

If it weren’t for the “firewall” cooperation among other political groups, the AfD would likely have more power in German politics. Among those alliances is the one comprising Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s Christian Democrats and the Social Democrats.
