Walton County, GA — Earlier this month, George Randolph “Randy” Jeffery, 59, of Monroe, was sentenced to federal prison after pleading guilty to a number of disturbing crimes. His position within government gave this child predator a position rife for abuse.

Jeffery was sentenced to 15 years in a federal prison followed by 10 years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia.

Jeffery’s job within the Georgia government gave him access to children. This child predator and former judge was appointed to serve as a SAAG, representing the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services in Walton and Newton counties.

Of course, for special interests residing across the Atlantic in Washington and on Wall Street, Russia and Europe building closer ties through constructive economic activity undermines a long-standing strategy of coercing Europe via the constant threat of a supposedly hostile Kremlin Washington claims undermines a free and united Europe.

Ironically, in order to preserve Europe’s “freedom” the US has now resorted to punishing interests in Europe – and in Germany specifically – for freely choosing to do business with Russia. President Donald Trump has signed a law that will impose sanctions on any firm that helps Russia’s state-owned gas company, Gazprom, finish a pipeline into the European Union. 

The sanctions target firms building Nord Stream 2, an undersea pipeline that will allow Russia to increase gas exports to Germany. 

The US considers the project a security risk to Europe. 

Both Russia and the EU have strongly condemned the US sanctions.

It may or may not confound objective observers to see the US unilaterally leveling sanctions against foreign companies because of what Washington claims are security threats to the nations these companies reside in.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Sunday that efforts by the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate alleged war crimes committed by Israeli forces in Palestinian-controlled areas were rooted in anti-Semitism.

Reuters reported that the Israeli leader made the accusation at a Hannukah ceremony in Jerusalem in front of the Western Wall, a holy site for Judaism, and claimed that the ICC was opposing the right of Israel to exist as a Jewish state. 

“New edicts are being cast against the Jewish people – anti-Semitic edicts by the International Criminal Court telling us that we, the Jews standing here next to this wall … in this city, in this country, have no right to live here and that by doing so, we are committing a war crime,” he said, according to the news service.

“Pure anti-Semitism,” he added of the ICC’s efforts.

His remark comes a day after the ICC’s chief prosecutor announced that she wished to open a war crimes investigation into Israeli actions taken in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and east Jerusalem. The investigation stems from a case brought to the body by Palestinian officials in 2015.

“[T]here are no substantial reasons to believe that an investigation would not serve the interests of justice,” Fatou Bensouda said Saturday, according to the BBC.

Netanyahu, an ally of President Trump, is facing charges of corruption from Israeli law enforcement officials and is currently seeking re-election after a previous election ended with no clear victor earlier this year.
