Israeli officials have spent recent days circulating antisemitic conspiracy theories, with Benjamin Netanyahu boasting that he manipulated the United States into war with Iran, and Itamar Ben-Gvir sharing an AI video of Palestinians being sent to Nazi-style concentration camps.
In an appearance on Israel’s Channel 12 on Sunday evening, Prime Minister Netanyahu said in Hebrew that he’d “been against Iran for almost 40 years” and had worked hard influencing the United States to join Israel in a war of aggression to topple Tehran.

Let me explain why Russia’s blockade is a lethal blow to Ukraine. Ukraine is, in economic terms, a country that lives or dies by roughly two hundred nautical miles of contested water off its southern coast. Strip away the front-line maps and the aid debates, and the hard truth of Ukraine’s war economy is this: its ability to earn foreign currency, feed its budget, and keep its farms and steel mills solvent runs almost entirely through a short string of Black Sea ports around Odesa. Russia understands this better than most of Ukraine’s Western backers, which is why the summer of 2026 has seen Moscow attempt to do by fire what it declined to do by fleet in 2022 — close the ports, and choke the economy behind them.
Why the ports matter
Ukraine’s Black Sea maritime corridors carry approximately 90 percent of the country’s agricultural exports and the lion’s share of its mining and metallurgical output — iron ore, steel, and the rest of the heavy, low-margin bulk commodities that a landlocked rail network cannot move at competitive cost. More than 60 percent of Ukraine’s total exports, by value, and a large share of its critical import chains pass through the cluster of deep-water ports known collectively as “Greater Odesa”: Odesa itself, Chornomorsk, and Pivdennyi (formerly Yuzhny). Agriculture alone accounts for around 60 percent of the country’s export revenue, and the overwhelming majority of that grain and oilseed tonnage goes out by sea. Masked Israeli settlers attacked and injured a Palestinian woman and members of an NBC News team reporting in the Israeli-occupied West Bank on Saturday.
Three members of an NBC team were interviewing Aida Ahmed Abdullah and her family in the Palestinian town of Jalud, near Nablus, when the attack occurred. Abdullah said they had been driven out of their home by Israeli settlers, and the team was walking down a hill toward the house.
A gray car with Israeli license plates then drove in reverse up the hill toward them, video of the incident shows.
A masked man in a blue tracksuit, holding a stick, was leaning out of the rear passenger window as the vehicle approached. When the car stopped, at least four men in dark clothes and with their faces covered leaped out, hitting Abdullah and the crew with sticks and throwing rocks at them.
“They jumped out, beat us, then jumped back in the car,” said NBC News international correspondent Matt Bradley, who was hit twice in the arm and later treated at a nearby clinic.
Abdullah, 51, who was on the ground after the attack, was taken for medical care by the Red Crescent. Her injuries were not life-threatening, according to an Israeli military and Israel Border Police statement. Historians have lied to us about everything, not only WW II but also WW I, the so-called US “civil war” which was an invasion of the Confederate States of America by what Lincoln called the Union, not a fight over who controlled the government in Washington, slavery, the hoax “War on Terror,” the hoax “Covid pandemic,” 9/11 and every other major event. False history is created, because historians are boxed in by the war propaganda and official narratives. To be successful, historians have to produce accounts acceptable to the elites and to readers who desire confirmation that the sacrifice was worth it. To go against the narrative is to forego a career.
