The Executive Order 

Trump’s order tasks Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. to seek the reversal of any policy at the federal, state, or local level that blocks the commitment of those with mental incapacity or addiction who are living on the streets to “appropriate facilities for appropriate periods of time.”

The order also redirects funds to rehabilitation and treatment facilities, and attempts to “restore public order,” saying “endemic vagrancy, disorderly behavior, sudden confrontations, and violent attacks have made our cities unsafe.”

Trump has called for a shift back toward long-term institutional care, saying that this is a more compassionate and safe solution for both the homeless and the individuals they interact with in U.S. cities.

The order also directs federal resources toward grants and other programs to not only fund the facilities to house the homeless, but also to ensure grant money for substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery only funds “evidence-based programs.”

Order’s Critics

Some critics of the order say the administration’s efforts would be counterproductive.

The National Homelessness Law Center issued a statement the day the order was signed, saying it “deprives people of their basic rights and makes it harder to solve homelessness.”.......more.........

A new investigation into the Epstein prison video released by the Department of Justice reveals several discrepancies.

Recall that it was Jason Sullivan at The Gateway Pundit who first reported on the missing minute in the video that was released to the public.

CBS News’ investigative report revealed that video forensic analysis revealed several major irregularities in the DOJ’s 10-hour and 52-minute Epstein prison video.

One irregularity that has debunked the DOJ claims was that a cursor was spotted moving around in the video around 11:24 p.m.

Previously, the DOJ stated they released “raw footage” of inside the cell block where Epstein was jailed, but video forensic experts claim the cursor’s appearance shows signs the video was a screen recording rather than a raw upload from a DVR system.

Viral video showed Holly and another white man being brutally beaten. A screen image of Holly flat on her back with eyes fixed and blood streaming out of her mouth as a result of being sucker punched provoked nationwide outrage.........more........

According to a Fox News release, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino found multiple files related to the FBI activity in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, which included the classified annex to the John Durham investigation, inside burn bags in a secret room at the FBI building in Washington, DC.

The discovered Durham annex is now being declassified by the CIA and others and transferred to Senator Chuck Grassley’s staff who will release it to the public momentarily.  WATCH the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) response to these revelations, Chairman Tom Cotton, the guardian of the Intelligence Community, will likely demand special counsels be triggered in order to create the “ongoing investigation” defensive shield needed for his benefactors.

A far-left judge in California recently blocked Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from detaining an illegal-alien criminal — a “tattoo artist” and “organizer,” say leftist supporters and the far-left media.

And, wouldn’t you know it, cops then picked him up for several attempts of car theft, including one described as a carjacking.

“Immigrants rights” groups say that ICE targeted Guillermo Medina Reyes, 31, because he is an immigrant-rights activist. In fact, ICE targeted him because he’s a convicted criminal. Indeed, he has a conviction for attempted murder. 

Yet a federal judge, appointed by President Joe Biden, thought blocking ICE from detaining him was a bright idea. San Jose cops cuffed him on Sunday for the attempted vehicle thefts.......more........
