President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will release as many as 30,000 foreign nationals into the United States monthly via a migrant mobile app whereby users schedule appointments at the southern border, a new report details.

The mobile app, known as Customs and Border Protection (CBP) One, entices foreign nationals living in Mexico who are pregnant, mentally ill, elderly, disabled, homeless, or crime victims to schedule an appointment with agents at the border in the hopes of being released into American communities.

Every month, the Biden administration has been releasing about 20,000 foreign nationals into the U.S. interior via the mobile app. According to CBS News, officials will soon increase the monthly inflow to about 30,000 releases into the U.S. interior:

The administration is planning to increase the number of migrants allowed to enter the U.S. daily under the CBP One process from 740 to 1,000 {snip}

Currently, CBP One allows migrants to request humanitarian exemptions to Title 42. But after the pandemic-era rule is lifted, the app will allow migrants to avoid being subjected to a soon-to-be-published regulation that will bar migrants from asylum if they failed to seek refuge in a third country en route to the U.S. {snip}.........more........

Two teachers challenging the constitutionality of compelled antiracism training have been ordered to pay nearly $313,000 in their Missouri school district’s legal fees, under a ruling their lawyers called “overtly hostile” and “meant to scare off future lawsuits by parents and teachers.”

The Southeastern Legal Foundation is appealing U.S. District Judge Douglas Harpool’s summary judgment in favor of Springfield Public Schools and the six-figure award against their clients Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley, according to an 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals notice Friday.

The public interest litigation firm “has never faced attorney fees sanctions for challenging unconstitutional government action at any level” in nearly 50 years of so-called Section 1983 civil rights lawsuits against public officials, SLF Litigation Director Braden Boucek said in a press release.

General Counsel Kimberly Hermann called Harpool, a longtime Democratic elected official in Missouri appointed to the bench by President Barack Obama, “a lone agenda-driven federal judge” determined to “deny concerned teachers and parents the right to seek redress in court.”

Henderson and Lumley filed the First Amendment compelled- and chilled-speech suit against the district in summer 2021, alleging the “equity training” forces employees to discuss their place on an “oppression matrix,” advocate for “changes in political, economic, and social life,” and disclose “personal details that they wish to keep private.”

Harpool’s Jan. 12 summary judgment in favor of the district cited a “total lack of injury” on the part of the teachers that “may suggest a groundlessness that trivializes the important work of the federal judiciary,” foreshadowing the legal bludgeoning they would face on attorney’s fees in his March 31 order approving the full award sought by the district..........more......

Last summer the Biden regime was pushing an amendment to the international health regulations administered by the U.N. World Health Organization that would have given the WHO the power to dictate U.S. policy whenever there is a declared “public health emergency of international concern.”

Even a public health emergency of “regional concern” would have triggered the WHO’s authority to step in and enforce rules on mask wearing, social distancing and lockdowns. Even vaccines, of which Big Pharma always has a new one at the ready, could be mandated by the United Nations agency headed by the corrupt Ethiopian communist Dr. Tedros.

But here’s the worst part. Guess who would get to declare such an emergency under these amended regulations? Of course, it’s the WHO and Dr. Tedros.

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS), which is often described as the central bank of central banks, is working on a new global central bank digital currency (CBDC) that could become the new one-world digital currency.

Known as “Project Icebreaker,” the plan involves coordinating all of the world’s central banks and their respective currencies under a new foreign exchange clearing house for retail CBDCs, meaning digital currencies used by ordinary people and businesses in their day-to-day affairs.

Much like the SWIFT payment system for international settlements, Project Icebreaker will enable varying digital currencies to be traded from country to country both quickly and efficiently.

The “Icebreaker Hub,” as the BIS is calling it, will facilitate data transfers for an array of transactions that occur at banks, both internally and in their dealings with other banks.

A report produced by Oxford University and Imperial College London for the UK Government reveals that all airports will be ordered to close, eating beef and lamb will be made illegal, and construction of new buildings will not be permitted in order to meet the legal commitment of zero emissions by 2050.

The report states that all airports must close between 2020 and 2029 excluding Heathrow, Glasgow and Belfast airports, which can only stay open on the condition that transfers to and from the airport are done via rail.

All remaining airports must then close between 2030 and 2049 as to meet the legal commitment of zero emissions by 2050 every citizen of the United Kingdom must “stop using aeroplanes” for a significant period of time....more........

In an act of defiance, Heads of Churches in Jerusalem released a statement earlier this week denouncing “heavy-handed restrictions [that] will limit access to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Holy Light Ceremony” scheduled for Saturday, the eve of Orthodox Easter. 

“This year, after many attempts made in good will,” church leaders said, “we are not able to coordinate with the Israeli authorities, as they are enforcing unreasonable and unprecedented restriction on access to the Holy Sepulchre.”

In a shocking display of excessive force, an 80-year-old man from eastern Kansas found himself tased without warning by officers who chased him down for driving a mere three mph over the speed limit. This week, John Sigg filed a federal lawsuit against the Allen County sheriff's office, detailing the excessive force used against him and seeking justice for the outrageous actions of those sworn to protect and serve.

On April 16, 2021, Sigg was clocked at 38 mph in a 35 mph zone by a lieutenant with the Iola Police Department in Allen County. Because his job description entails extorting, kidnapping, and caging people for arbitrary victimless crimes, the officer then decided to give "chase," and multiple police vehicles trailed Sigg for several minutes.

Unaware that he was the subject of the pursuit, the elderly man drove to his family's car lot and parked. As he exited his vehicle, he found himself surrounded by officers from various agencies — none of whom questioned the ridiculous and oppressive nature of pursuing an elderly man to extort him for slightly exceeding the speed limit.

The lawsuit alleges that two Chanute police officers pulled their guns on Sigg, who looked at them with confusion and raised his hands, as seen in a screenshot of body-camera footage. Then, without any warning, a now-former deputy with the Allen County Sheriff's Office tased Sigg, despite the manufacturer of the TASER X2 explicitly cautioning against using the device on elderly individuals.........more.......
