it appears to me that the empire and its european vassals are doing their best to get a war going against russia;
Vladimir Putin is plotting to 'shatter Europe' using the Belarus migrant crisis and a build-up of troops on the border of Ukraine, Kiev has warned.
Dmytro Kuleba, the country's foreign minister, today warned the two events are not separate but part of a single Kremlin strategy to weaken and fracture alliances which bind Europe together and counter-balance Putin's power.
Speaking after meetings in Brussels with NATO chief Jens Stoltenburg and EU foreign ministers, Mr Kubela said: 'When we see migrants used as a weapon, when we see disinformation used as a weapon, when we see gas used as a weapon, and soldiers and their guns … these are not separate elements.'
Mr Stoltenburg added that NATO stands firmly behind Ukraine and warned Russia against any 'aggressive actions' after an 'unusual concentration' of troops was spotted along the border.
Separately, a pro-Putin TV news show said tensions in the Black Sea are at 'boiling point' after two US warships - command vessel USS Mount Whitney and destroyer USS Porter - sailed into the Black Sea for a 10-day deployment. .............read and watch more.......
i see lots of stuff lately in which the empire and its satellites predict war with russia and china ignoring the facts which seem to indicate that those are the entities who are working towards that war. this is australia and it could easily be 'merika' by what is said and how;
60 Minutes Australia has churned out yet another fearmongering war propaganda piece on China, this one so ham-fisted in its call to beef up military spending that it goes so far as to run a brazen advertisement for an actual Australian weapons manufacturer disguised as news reporting.
This round of psychological conformity-making features Australian former major general Jim “The Butcher of Fallujah” Molan saying that in three to ten years a war will be fought against China over Taiwan and that Australians are going to have to fight in that war to prevent a future Chinese invasion of the land down under. He argues Australia will need to greatly increase its military spending in order to accomplish this, because it can’t be certain the United States will protect it from Chinese aggression.
“Australia is monstrously vulnerable at the moment; we have this naive faith that American military power is infinite, and it’s not,” says Molan, who is a contributor to government/arms industry-funded think tanks Lowy Institute and Australian Strategic Policy Institute.............read and watch more.........

A woman shot a man in the head as he tried to steal her SUV with her two children inside Wednesday night, Dallas police say.
An employee of a gas station in the 200 block of West Camp Wisdom Road, near the border with Duncanville, alerted the mother about 10 p.m. that a man was trying to get into her SUV.The mother, identified by KDFW-TV (Channel 4) as Michelle Booker-Hicks, told the station she had been paying for gas at the time.
She jumped into the vehicle. When the man didn't stop, she pulled a gun from the glove box and shot him in the head, police said.
The vehicle then crashed into a utility pole.
Booker-Hicks told KDFW she had recently gotten the gun to defend herself.
"I had to do what I had to do to defend what was mine, which are my kids," she told KXAS-TV (NBC5).
She said she told the man her children were in the back seat and to pull over but he didn't listen, so she went to the glove compartment and grabbed the gun..........read and watch more......
