First reported by the Associated Press on Wednesday, November 18th, hacktivist Jeremy Hammond is finally set to be released from federal prison, 7 years and 3 Days to the date from his initial sentencing, after having been incarcerated for the majority of his ten year prison term.
Hammond is a computer programmer, and internet activist/ whistleblower associated with the hacktivist network Anonymous who had been sentenced to ten years imprisonment on November 15, 2013.
The sentence came about for breaching the servers of private intelligence firm Strategic Forecasting, Inc. also know as Stratfor, and releasing millions of internal documents to the transparency advocacy organization WikiLeaks. This exposed evidence that the intelligence consulting firm had been conducting illegal operations acting as spies for hire on behalf of governments and corporations against several human rights defenders and activist groups.
The documents released by Jeremy revealed damning information about the activities conducted outside of public view by this supposed security analyst company, that some have since dubbed a “shadow CIA”. One batch of documents revealed, as covered by RT, show that Stratfor operatives coordinated with Texas Department of Public Safety officers to infiltrate, conduct surveillance operations on, and subvert the activities of activist groups such as Occupy Wall Street, and the Deep Green Resistance all while committing violations of their civil liberties and constitutional rights.
Another set of emails, reported by The Times Of India, purportedly exposed some of Stratfor’s international operations as they allegedly also conducted surveillance against environmental activists in the Indian city of Madhya Pradesh, as a contractor for Dow Chemical, monitoring the activists protesting against the gas leak which lead to the 1984 Bhopal disaster..........read more........

Federal Election Commission (FEC) Chairman Trey Trainor has dropped a bomb by revealing that evidence has emerged that proves that fraud “took place” during the presidential race.
During a new interview with “Just the News AM,” Trainor said that affidavits from the Trump campaign show that voter fraud did, in fact, occur during the November general election.
“The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” Trainor said Friday.
He argued that it’s important to have transparency surrounding the election process.
Answering questions raised by the Trump campaign over election integrity is “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” he insisted.
Trainor specifically highlighted a sworn affidavit by Steven Miller, a professor of mathematics at Williams College.
Miller—who specializes in analytic number theory and sabermetrics—flagged nearly 100,000 ballots in Pennsylvania for potential voter fraud after analyzing election data and phone interviews, according to The Epoch Times.........read more.......

Michigan State Attorney General Dana Nessel has attributes of a Nazi. She, like Washington Post columnist Randall D. Eliason, wants to falsely prosecute attorneys who represent those making challenges to the election. She also wants to prosecute election officials who refuse to certify until irregularities are properly dealt with, and she wants to prosecute Pennsylvania Republican state officials who met with Trump at the White House. In other words, Dana Nessel has proved herself unfit for any public office by her effort to weaponize law for her political agenda.

Matthew Brann, a federal district judge appointed by Obama, refused to accept Giuliani’s lawsuit against the Pennsylvania election fraud. The judge was not content to deny the case a hearing. He used the occasion for a propaganda attack, demonizing the lawsuit, based on affidavits from witnesses who signed under penalty of perjury, as “speculative accusations unsupported by evidence.” The judge knows full well that affidavits are always evidence.
