It was Elliot Abrams. What was HE doing there? After all, back in February 2017, after then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had pushed for his nomination as Deputy Secretary of State, it was President Trump himself who had vetoed his appointment.

if you know anything about bump stocks you are fully aware the las vegas shooter wasn't using a bump stock. the audio from that day clearly shows two, at least, different shooters using fully auto weapons. bump stocks aren't able to mimic a full auto weapon;
