Israel Has Turned America Into a War Criminal

John Helmer has published a disturbing report of a US submarine attack on an unarmed Iranian frigate, IRIS Dena,  returning from participation in an Indian exercise in the Indian Ocean.  https://johnhelmer.net/the-murder-of-the-iris-dena-first-public-testimony-by-the-surviving-captain-and-first-officer/ 

Washington knew the Iranian ship was unarmed, because only unarmed ships were permitted to participate in the exercise. Seeing an easy target that could not fight back, Washington directed the submarine USS Charlotte to attack the Dena.

The War Criminal Charlotte’s crew’s first torpedo destroyed the ship’s  propeller and left the frigate immobile. The Charlotte’s second torpedo hit 90 minutes latter after consultation between the Charlotte, US Navy Command, and the Pentagon.  In those 90 minutes the Dena’s captain had assembled the Iranian crew on the aft deck to prepare for evacuation or  surrender of the ship.

According to the accustomed laws of naval warfare, if the crew of the damaged ship is assembled to abandon ship, the attacking ship must cease its attack.  But the Charlotte received orders to ignore laws of naval warfare and to renew attack on the Iranian frigate in order to give Trump a a “victory” to crow about. 

The Charlotte’s second torpedo was unlawful as it was fired to kill life on a disabled ship whose crew was assembled for surrender. The second torpedo hit aft where the crew was assembled, killing 104 assembled for surrender. This war crime reminds of the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty in 1967 when the Israeli attack on an American ship resulted in 205 dead and wounded Americans.  Washington covered up the attack to protect Israel.

Only the captain and first officer  on the Dena survived.  They were elsewhere in the ship making sure all crew were assembled aft.

Israel’s control over President Trump and his Zionist regime is so complete that Israel has forced America into war criminal behavior as America’s own approach to war.  America under Trump now reflects Israel’s war doctrine that there are no limits or restraints on how wars are fought.  The primary targets are civilians, women and children and unarmed ships.  Washington has adopted Israel’s war doctrine that all protected groups under international law are targets for attack. This leaves the US and Israel as the two–the only–war criminal governments.
