EIGHT ISLAMIC MIGRANTS WHO RAPED

15-YEAR-OLD RECEIVED NO JAIL TIME

Judge Anne Meier-Goering, a judge in Hamberg, Germany, found

eight Islamic migrants guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl for over 2.5

hours in 2023. The assault was described as brutal, with the victim

suffering severe physical and psychological trauma but the judge

decided to give the men suspended sentences since they were

homesick. Psychiatrists argued that the men were experiencing

"sociocultural homelessness" due to their migration experiences.
