 davis never fails;

As Trump approaches the 90 day mark of his second term, there are reasons for encouragement, but there’s also a sense that none of this has gone according to plan. Without criticizing the man, I understand the role of the presidency, especially a controversial presidency. Everything he does has to be defended in court. That’s not something with which Democrat presidents are encumbered. Look at the level of outright criminality taking place in every agency from the FBI itself to the Department of Agriculture and everything in between.

While I’m rarely accused of being a pessimist, there is no reason to be optimistic in this scenario. What is unavoidably true is that the whole of government is corrupt and those capable of stemming the corruption are the most corrupt of all. I had hoped that enough arrests would have taken place by now that others would be falling all over each other trying to strike a deal and flip on their corrupt bosses, but that’s not happening. Logically, out of the 1460 days of a presidential term, 90 days is not that much, but when the illegality is so pervasive and the evidence thereof so well known, to still be without a single arrest is itself incriminating.

We don’t care how horrible it is, how pervasive, how strapped the US is for jail space, how strapped for judicial resources, the time to act has come and gone. Now, the people are faced with the obligation to do something about it themselves. I don’t know what that looks like; I have no plan in mind and will not be encouraging others to do anything. While I believe 100% in freedom of speech, the few caveats is to refrain from inciting a riot, or advocate for violence. That’s when one steps over the line, as so many on the left do as a matter of course............more...........
