White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller has discovered that foreign rings have used fake Social Security numbers to siphon off large amounts of money through the Internal Revenue Service probably using earned income tax credits and tax refunds.

 

The federal government also allows multiple people to use the same Social Security number. The original person using that number is credited with the taxes he paid while working. But there are 50 million illegal aliens in America. Some have legitimate numbers, but most do not. So, if ten people use the same number, then the taxes paid by the other 9 are siphoned off into a special fund.
