The bill included the REPO Act, H.R.4175. It requires all financial institutions to report sovereign Russian funds so they can be seized by the federal government and given to their Ukraine fund. Vladimir Putin has said this was unacceptable. Fortunately, the US only has $6 billion in Russian assets in their hands. The rest of the $300 billion is in Europe. The US wants to talk the Europeans into committing economic suicide at the next G7 summit meeting in June.

I believe that Putin and the Russians decided at that Midnight Meeting at the Kremlin that American politicians from both parties have sold out to their corrupt overlords. There had been resistance in the House to the $95 billion package. Republicans had been holding out for funds to protect the border. Instead, they agreed to a final bill that has nothing for the border but does include that $3.5 billion in subsidies for the illegal aliens I previously mentioned.

This is the same House and Senate that had voted to appropriate $103 billion for Homeland Security to set up camps for illegal aliens as far south as Colombia and also pay to transport them to the US border.

The Russians are not worried about US military aid to Ukraine. They know most of that money really goes to the US Military Industrial Complex. The Powers that Ought Not To Be have stolen $50 trillion from the taxpayers according to Catherine Austin Fitts. The total US military budget includes $887 billion for the Pentagon and $633 billion for 6 other agencies totaling $1.5 trillion  according to the Congressional Budget Office.

I think what bothers the Russians is that there are no responsible adults left in either the House or the Senate to deal with. Donald Trump backed the new Speaker of the House who sold out his voters on the Ukraine, Israel and the border. Plus Trump has been speaking favorably of covid vaxxes at a time when the US Elite has been signaling that they want to cut off our food supply and to kill us with their New and Improved Bird flu that is transmissible to both cattle and humans.........more..........
