so many things need a disclaimer these days so here are mine for lawyer/cop videos; i have friends and family who have been in that business so don't go all rodney king on me. this speaker is a civil rights lawyer in my old wva area and posts videos such as this often which is where i came across it. cops wrong probably from the start;
