There is more information emerging about the rescue of the second crew member from the downed F-15E. The story the Trump administration is telling is, in my opinion, an exaggeration. It is now clear that once the plane crashed, the CIA and the Pentagon launched a massive disinformation campaign to convince the Iranians that the plane and missing crew man were in a different location. They did a good job of misleading the Iranian authorities.

The fabricated story was that the F-15E was shot down in ‘southwestern Iran’ with geolocations showing roughly 30.787710, 50.701440, which is about ~80km from the Iranian coastline:..........more..........

There’s so much fraud happening in California that Los Angeles’ top federal prosecutor believes he could “never have enough” prosecutors to tackle it all.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli spoke to The Post Friday about fraud in California — and how, despite his “unlimited hiring authority,” the Department of Justice is starving for new prosecutors aimed at the “almost unimaginable” amount of fraud in the state.

He described that the office is searching for “smart, capable and hungry prosecutors,” who aren’t just looking for a government paycheck. Essayli said they’ve resorted to looking at more junior lawyers who are one or two years out of law school to fill prosecutor positions, and would encourage them to apply.

Another problem lies within the specialized section dedicated to fraud in Essayli’s office.

Essayli said the major fraud section in his office is at roughly half-staff, because many employees left after President Donald Trump took office or took DOGE buyouts. If he filled out the section, he said, the office would be able to prosecute “at least double or triple” the fraud cases.

Anyone who listens to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and compares his witty, reasonable, thoughtful, pertinent, reality-based comments to the mad drivel emanating from the likes of Trump and Hegseth and Netanayahu, can see that Iran is the civilized party to the current conflict, while the other side is led by drooling barbarian lunatics. It’s a wake-up slap in the face, but it’s in-your-face-undeniable: We Americans, who like to think of ourselves as the pinnacle of human civilizational achievement, have become stupid, evil, and massively uncivilized. We are the equivalent of frenzied stone age cannibals screeching like rabid hyenas as we try to storm the gates of a highly cultured, literate people in hopes of ripping them to shreds and devouring their flesh.

How did it reach this point? Isn’t the United States of America the world standard-bearer for Enlightenment values: reason, tolerance, reflection, and skepticism of claims that can’t withstand critique? Why are we lined up behind a certifiable narcissist maniac, Donald Trump, whose statements are so randomly incoherent and without any discernible relationship to reality that they are hardly worth critiquing, not to mention almost impossible to satirize?........more.........

I have yet to hear one person who was wrong about “COVID” apologize for being wrong. Specifically, the people who were stridently wrong about the wearing of “masks” and the other forms of Sickness Kabuki that they insisted others perform. Trump is of course the obvious and most egregious non-apologizer because an open admission from him that he was wrong about “COVID” – and about Warp Speeding those “beautiful” drugs that were pushed on people like no street drugs have ever been pushed – would go a long way toward being able to forgive what was done to us and also would serve to assure such a thing is never done to us again.

No such apologies have been forthcoming.

Nevertheless, I publicly apologize for voting for Trump, especially this last time.......more........
