The House Judiciary Committee and Congressman Troy Nehls (R-TX) have released a damning video, presenting a detailed account of how Joe Biden and his liberal allies have weaponized the justice system against former President Donald Trump.

“Joe Biden has weaponized the DOJ against President Trump. And anyone who tells you otherwise, folks, they’re lying,” Rep. Nehls said.

Nehls begins by pointing out Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland’s appointment of Jack Smith as the “non-partisan” Special Counsel.

Nehls points out that Smith is the same individual who pursued Republican governor Robert McDonald, losing 8 to 0 at the Supreme Court.

He also highlights Smith’s history of targeting conservative groups and his wife’s role in producing Michelle Obama’s documentary.

He then turns to the case in Georgia, noting that Willis’ office met with White House lawyers in 2022.

He also points out that just three days after Trump announced his candidacy for President, Fanni’s former lover and lead special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, met with Biden’s inner circle.........more........

In a national poll last month Americans were asked if they believed a new civil war was likely to happen within their lifetime. The establishment media was shocked to report that 47% of the population said yes. Those of us in the liberty media were not so surprised; I believe according to the evidence that we were already a short step away from civil war in 2021-2022.

There were A LOT of guys (millions) getting ready for the possibility of vaccine passport enforcement. Gun ownership in the US hit record highs during that time period and conservative/patriot groups saw a spike in public interest. As it turned out, the “conspiracy theorists” were right all along, there really was an organized agenda to eliminate constitutional protections…

If we had allowed the vax passport policy to take hold, our liberties would have been officially erased forever. Economic freedoms would be abolished. Access to the jobs market and trade would be impossible for anyone refusing the vaccine. Real-time tracking of the population along with a social credit system would have become the norm using mandatory cell phone apps. After that, America would essentially turn into a Chinese-style concentration camp.

A lot of people woke up during that period and realized that an attempt at a totalitarian state in the US was not only possible, it was happening right in front of them. Luckily, anti-mandate conservatives were loud enough and the majority of red states passed legislation to block lockdowns and vax passport efforts. The Biden Administration, the CDC, the WHO and globalist groups like the WEF abruptly backed away from their draconian programs and gave up on the mandates by the end of 2022.  And to anyone who actually believes the CDC numbers on total vaccinations are accurate, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you…

That said, the same people are still in power today and those people are looking for another avenue to institute sweeping controls on the populace. One tried and true method for them to achieve that goal is to start a global war and then use the inevitable chaos and fear to bring in authoritarian measures. Medical students, now needed the most after the targeting of medical workers and the desperate need for healthcare professionals, have somehow found a way to resume their education.

However, they confront many challenges: no equipment, constant panic, the absence of academic staff and an environment that is not conducive to learning.

Despite the truly challenging circumstances, students in Gaza are clinching on to a glimmer of hope to see their dreams reborn.

The Biden administration has settled on a plan to expand the war beyond Ukraine by deploying combat troops and lethal weaponry to 15 military bases in Finland. Whether the deployment will include nuclear-armed ballistic missiles is not yet known, but the threat to Russia’s security is serious all the same. One can imagine what Washington would do if Moscow chose to build 15 fully equipped and operational military bases on the US-Mexico border. The US would swiftly eradicate the threat through force-of-arms. No one doubts this. Finland’s relations with neighboring Russia, with whom it shares a 1,340-kilometer (830-mile) border, have become increasingly tense after Finland joined the alliance last year.

The deal gives the United States access to 15 military bases in Finland and enables the presence and training of US forces, and prepositioning of defense material in Finnish territory. It also strengthens cooperation between the two countries in crisis situations. Russia says it will respond to Finland giving U.S. access to bases, The Defense Post

Washington’s so-called “enhanced US military presence” in Finland does not serve any national interest or provide any material benefit for the American people. It is a clear provocation designed to intimidate Russia and expand the war beyond Ukraine. Not surprisingly, it replicates the same conditions that triggered the conflict in February 2022, that is, it installs NATO’s military infrastructure in locations that pose an existential threat to Russia’s survival. Russia cannot be expected to live with hostile military bases and missiles on its doorstep any more than an ordinary man can live with a gun pointed to his head. Putin must respond in order to defend his country’s national security. The Supreme Court Gives Back to Congress the Power It Gave to Executive Branch Lawmaking Many Years Ago

Prior to the 1930s “New Deal” regulatory agencies, Congress controlled the law. A statute mean what Congress said. Thereafter, a statute meant whatever the regulatory agency said it meant. For example, I have explained in my columns many times and in my book, The New Color Line, that the EEOC used the 1964 Civil Rights Act which explicitly prohibited racial quotas to impose racial quotas. From the 1930s forward a “law” passed by Congress was nothing but an authorization for a regulatory authority to define the law by how it wrote the regulations governing its meaning and enforcement.

Having watched the power of Congress reduced to nothing, its own in question, and the enormous power now concentrated in the executive branch, the Supreme Court has made an effort to restore a balance of power between the three branches of government. This is an important development. Possibly it will save us from tyranny.

In overturning the Chevron ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that judges must interpret the statutory intent of Congress in passing a statute and not simply defer to regulatory agencies’ interpretations of the statute.

The independence of executive branch regulatory agencies had gone so far that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was making in-house, that is within the agency, decisions on civil penalties. The Supreme Court ruled that penalties require jury trials, and that the SEC is not prosecutor, judge, and jury.

Justice Gorsuch said that the Supreme Court’s decision takes law out of the hands of the federal branch and places it again where it belongs in the courts’ reading of the legislature’s intent.

The liberal incompetents that Democrats have placed on the Court refused to defend the Supreme Court’s assertion of its authority over law.

With mega-donors withholding Democrat campaign funds until Biden steps aside, the Biden fundraisers are appealing to me for funds! Appeals continuously arrive in my email from movie stars, Jill Biden, and Kamala Harris telling me how necessary it is for me to contribute to Biden’s reelection in order to prevent Trump from becoming a dictator.

These appeals deserve a critical look, especially Kamala’s. The appeals say Trump has to be defeated because otherwise he is going to do to Democrats what Democrats have and are doing to Trump.

Kamala says “he will weaponize the Department of Justice against his political enemies.” This is what the Democrats have done to Trump for the past eight years. Someone should tell Kamala that what goes around comes around. How come it is OK to weaponize law against Trump but not against Democrats?

Of course, it is not OK to weaponize law against anyone under the legal system governed by the US Constitution. Why haven’t we heard anything from law schools, bar associations, presstitutes, Democrats and even Republicans about weaponizing law against Trump, indeed against anyone?

Kamala goes on to tell us that Trump “hand-picked three justices for the Supreme Court” who “gave Trump immunity for his crimes.”

Trump and the Supreme Court did no such thing. The Supreme Court simply ruled what has always been the rule that a president has immunity for official acts. No immunity was given to Trump the person. Immunity was upheld for the office of the president.........more.........
