At a recent Guns Save Life meeting, a retired Illinois State Trooper talked about a couple of home invasion cases with very different outcomes. He shared publicly-available information, offering important lessons gun owners can take from the facts of the cases.

First, he talked about a shots-fired home invasion in the town of Streator on the day after Christmas last year.

In that case, Austin Adamchak, 23, forced entry on the home of his ex-girlfriend intent on beating her new boyfriend. What isn’t as well-known is that Mr. Adamchak had pulled the same stunt about 30 days earlier. In that instance, he seriously beat the new boyfriend.  For whatever reason, Livingston County didn’t take Adamchak into custody after the first home invasion.

Meanwhile, the new boyfriend learned an important lesson after the first beat-down. When Mr. Adamchak returned the second time and forced entry, the now slightly older and definitely wiser boyfriend used a gun to punch Adamchak’s ticket. Permanently.

 this move by the eu is surprising as its a good one because there are rarely enough investigations and regulations on the large number of chemicals we're exposed to by corporations without sufficient or even any thoughts or actions about how they affect us. its virtually non-existent here in the empire to see 'our' government acting in our interest vs corporate interests, which make large amounts of money from these uninvestigated poisons;

Research has proven that numerous chemicals can and do make people sick (see 1, 2, 3, 4).  In fact, studies have already indicated that up to 25% of the U.S. population is affected by Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS).  Of course, many organizations have been and continue to fight the production, sale, and use of harmful chemicals in the U.S and worldwide.  Recently the European Commission announced it’s planning to ban thousands of them.

 i sometimes wonder if one 'official' action is taken to obscure another 'official' action that ain't working out so well, and here is a comparison of the supremes and the covid in juxtaposition;

If you have turned on your television, opened a web browser, or scrolled social media on your mobile device, you have likely seen the news about the leaked draft report from the Supreme Court about potentially overturning the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.

Despite the leaked opinion being a draft — meaning it is not a decision yet — Politico ran with the headline, “EXCLUSIVE: Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights.” In the last 48 hours, this report has set off a tailspin of uproar, protests, political rage, and even riots, yet inside the article, Politico admits that this decision is not final:

Deliberations on controversial cases have in the past been fluid. Justices can and sometimes do change their votes as draft opinions circulate and major decisions can be subject to multiple drafts and vote-trading, sometimes until just days before a decision is unveiled. The court’s holding will not be final until it is published, likely in the next two months.

Nevertheless, America’s outrage has shifted from Ukraine and Elon Musk…. to abortion. The fact that abortion is an issue of the state at all, no matter which ‘side you are on,’ is Orwellian. Government has no more business paying for or advocating for abortions than they do stopping them.

Unfortunately, many people allow emotion to rule their logic and end up holding beliefs which are entirely contradictory. For example, since the covid vaccine has been approved by the FDA, many of the same folks who support a woman’s right to choose were completely resolute with taking away that right to choose when it came to taking the jab. The cognitive dissonance is rife.

Unfortunately, abortion is a reality, and society is slowly figuring out how to deal with it. But, the more the state attempts to interject their bias into this reality, the more skewed the situation becomes. Case in point: asking your rapist for permission to not have his baby or people singing about and celebrating the fact that they have had multiple abortions.........read more.......

 the 'politically correct' want to remove tucker carlson from the airwaves and rightly so as he's quite accurate and on target which will interfere with their goals of total control, but i suspect it will be some time before it happens and that will be announcing the start of the full bore civil war heading our way;

The taxpayer-funded national network PBS is pushing for less viewpoint diversity, no doubt intended to accelerate the growing push for Tucker and Fox News to be taken off the air. From the PBS Newshour, May 2, 2022: “Tucker Carlson’s influence and his increasingly extreme views” (Amna Nawaz interviews New York Times’ Nick Confessore, who wrote the 4/30 “How Tucker Carlson Stoked White Fear to Conquer Cable“).
