 the second of two bad cop stories in a row and this for several problems;

Louisville, KY — The Louisville Metropolitan Police Department (LMPD) has gotten a lot of attention since several of their officers broke into an innocent couple’s home and murdered accomplished EMT, Breonna Taylor. But under the radar, multiple other crimes have taken place and have received little to no media coverage.

Just last month, TFTP reported on the case of LMPD officer Brad Schuhmann, 32, who was arrested for his role in a child sex ring run by several LMPD cops. Despite horrifying details coming out in the case against Schuhmann, he was granted a sweetheart plea deal in which he will avoid jail for sexually abusing a little girl in the department’s explorer program.

Another cop from this department, who took part in the murder of Breonna Taylor, officer Brett Hankison was accused of picking up drunk women from a local bar in his police cruiser, and raping them.

Once again, due to the horrifying crimes of officer Robert Jones Jr., the LMPD is back on the radar of TFTP but receiving very little coverage in the media. Jones was arrested over the weekend at his home in Louisville and is now faces a laundry list of charges.

Jones is accused of invading a woman’s home, holding a gun to her head, and beating her for several hours while keeping her prisoner in the basement. He now faces charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree domestic violence assault causing minor injury, according to court records.

According to court records, on April 11, 2021, Jones forced his way into his victim’s home while armed with a handgun. Once inside, all hell broke loose as this monster locked the door behind him and attacking his victim.

“A physical altercation ensued in the living room that continued into the bedroom,” the citation said. “Once the bedroom, (Jones) took victim’s handgun that was on the nightstand and secured it…(Jones) straddled and pinned victim on the bed.”...........read more........

 here's a 'mass' shooting done by a cop;

Austin, TX — On Sunday, “Austin” began trending on Twitter as a gunman shot three people to death in the state’s capital. A shelter in place order was issued for the city’s northwest suburbs and the city went on alert over fears the gunman may take a hostage.

“The cops had their guns out,” Josh Katzowitz, who had been shopping at the nearby Trader Joe’s on Sunday, told the Houston Chronicle. “Some had pistols, some had rifles and they were strapping on bulletproof vests. There were all of a sudden ambulances, sirens and police cars. There were cops coming from everywhere.”

Local and federal law enforcement spent much of the day searching the Great Hills Trail and Rain Creek Parkway area in northwest Austin where the killings took place.

Around 5 p.m. Sunday evening, Interim Austin Police Chief Joseph Chacon lifted the order and said police had identified the shooter, and noted that he was dangerous but not targeting random people. Two of those killed, according to reports, had been students at Elgin High School — Willie Simmons III and Alyssa Broderick, while the third victim is believed to be the shooter’s mother.

“We do not think this individual is out there targeting random people to shoot them,” Chacon said. “That does not mean he is not dangerous. We do think that he is armed and he is very much dangerous.”

Monday morning, after a 20-hour manhunt, police arrested the alleged shooter after someone spotted him and called 911. He was identified as 41-year-old Stephen Nicholas Broderick.

“I’m especially grateful to the vigilant citizen who called 911 after seeing Broderick, and to the Manor PD officers and TCSO deputies who took him into custody this morning,” Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez said in a statement............read and watch more.......

 it appears that martial law is on the way if you extrapolate what's going on in minnesota and this link is disturbing at best;

Minneapolis, MN — On April 11, 2021, just miles from where George Floyd took his last breaths on Earth as they were squeezed from his body by officer Derek Chauvin, Daunte Wright was targeted by police over an alleged expired tag. Because the American police state is a violent behemoth which knows no self-restraint, a few moments into the stop and Wright would be killed at the hands of those who claim to protect him.

The unjust nature of Wright’s death sparked massive backlash in the form of protests and riots leading to Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis declaring a state of emergency.

With the curfew implemented and hundreds of protesters arrested for simply being outside too late, the unrest tapered off last week. However, videos have surfaced showing some rather shocking scenes unfold as Minneapolis and the surrounding areas turned into an outright militarized police state.

Even folks who were not involved in the protests have been rounded up under what many are saying appears to be martial law. Over the weekend, video surfaced of the heavy handed militarized tactics being used by both police and military who were called in to quell the unrest. It is nothing short of shocking.

According to the person who posted the video, several women, not affiliated with the protests, were attempting to gas up their vehicle — apparently after curfew — when heavily armed soldiers surrounded their car. The soldiers then ordered the women from the car with AR-15 rifles pointed at their heads.

As the completely harmless women, one of them in yoga pants, are ordered out of the vehicle, they are then forced to kneel on the ground with their hands on their heads. The scene was akin to a raid on the Taliban in Kabul, but happened in Minneapolis, and instead of the Taliban, it was innocent women in yoga pants.

Naturally, the footage has sparked criticism online with many comparing the scene to martial law.

“Whoever ordered this idiocy shld be unceremoniously & summarily removed from office. Arresting ppl at a MN gas station—pointing military grade assault rifles in their faces—is just outrageous. No elected official shld ever get away w this,” one Twitter user wrote............read and watch more......

 how empires collapse;

Again, the events above are not taught to schoolchildren as being of key importance in the decline of empires, even though they are remarkably consistent with the decline of other empires and what we are seeing today. The very same events occur, falling like dominoes, more or less in order, in any empire, in any age:

  1. The reach of government leaders habitually exceeds their grasp.
  1. Dramatic expansion (generally through warfare) is undertaken without a clear plan as to how that expansion is to be financed.
  1. The population is overtaxed as the bills for expansion become due, without consideration as to whether the population can afford increased taxation.
  1. Heavy taxation causes investment by the private sector to diminish, and the economy begins to decline.
  1. Costs of goods rise, without wages keeping pace.
  1. Tax revenue declines as the economy declines (due to excessive taxation). Taxes are increased again, in order to top up government revenues.
  1. In spite of all the above, government leaders personally hoard as much as they can, further limiting the circulation of wealth in the business community.
  1. Governments issue bonds and otherwise borrow to continue expansion, with no plan as to repayment.
  1. Dramatic authoritarian control is instituted to assure that the public continues to comply with demands, even if those demands cannot be met by the public......read more.......
