Buffalo, NY — Officer discretion allows cops some leeway on which they can rely as they make choices that impact the people they are policing. If they see a family who may be struggling to put food on the table, a cop can choose not to extort them for some arbitrary violation like window tint. All too often, however, cops do not use this discretion and will escalate force and kidnap people over the most mundane infractions, up to and including, improperly crossing the street. Unless of course, you are a judge.

One act of officer discretion is getting some much deserved scrutiny this week because anyone who is not a judge would have been arrested for what this man did. If the average Joe, interacting with cops, would attack one of those officers, rest assured that they would be arrested and most likely be severely beaten. That is, of course, unless you are New York State Supreme Court Judge Mark Grisanti.

Video from Grisanti’s interaction with police back in June has been released as part of a Freedom of Information Act request this week and it has civil rights groups outraged, and rightfully so.

According to WGRZ, the incident stems from a neighbor dispute earlier this summer. The dispute was over a parked vehicle that was allegedly blocking part of Grisanti’s driveway.

As the video shows, this Supreme Court judge is in a torn shirt and is irate with police. His wife is also irate and both of them appear to think they are above the law. They would both later prove this notion.

For some reason, police attempt to detain Grisanti’s wife and put her in handcuffs. However, she was not having it and began fighting back. When Grisanti saw his wife struggling with officers, he moved in and attacked one of them before being pulled off and handcuffed.........read and watch more.....

Statesville, NC — When parents send their children off to school everyday, they do so thinking that the school will protect them and take care of them while they learn. All too often, however, as frequent readers of TFTP know, school children become victims of the police state. As the video below illustrates, even a 7-year-old autistic child can fall prey to school cops playing their role in the school to prison pipeline.

A little boy was handcuffed and held face down on the floor for 40 minutes by the school resource officer. Now, because the Statesville Police department never held officer Michael Fattaleh accountable for his actions, the boy’s mother filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

The lawsuit accuses Fattaleh of an “unreasonable use of force” and inflicting “unnecessary and wanton pain” on the child during an incident which took place in 2018.

The child, identified in the lawsuit as L.G. suffered emotional trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder stemming from the incident. And, after watching the horrifying video below, you’ll know why that is.

According to the lawsuit, L.G. has autism and “significant impairments” that affect his ability to communicate and express his emotions. On that day in September 2018, the boy was moved to a “quiet room” following “a number of incidents in L.G.’s classroom involving other students.”

Numerous examples will spring to mind: the Manson family, Jim Jones’ People’s Temple, the Church of Scientology, Heavens Gate, etc., each with its own psychotic official narrative, i.e., Helter Skelter, Christian Communism, Xenu and the Galactic Confederacy, and so on.

Looking in from the dominant culture (or back through time in the case of the Nazis), the delusional nature of these official narratives is glaringly obvious to most rational people. What many fail to understand is that to those who fall prey to them (whether individual cult members or entire totalitarian societies) such narratives do not register as psychotic. On the contrary, they feel entirely normal. Everything in their social “reality” reifies and reaffirms the narrative, and anything that challenges or contradicts it is perceived as an existential threat.

These narratives are invariably paranoid, portraying the cult as threatened or persecuted by an evil enemy or antagonistic force which only unquestioning conformity to the cult’s ideology can save its members from. It makes little difference whether this antagonist is mainstream culture, body thetans, counter-revolutionaries, Jews, or a virus. The point is not the identity of the enemy. The point is the atmosphere of paranoia and hysteria the official narrative generates, which keeps the cult members (or the society) compliant.

 'our free press' won't tell you this but massive numbers of health professionals are coming out against the covid lockdown crap given us by 'our' political 'leaders';

More than 32,000 medical doctors and health scientists from around the world have signed a petition against lockdowns put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19, saying the measures are causing “irreparable damage.”

As of Oct. 13, over 23,000 of the signatories were medical practitioners and 9,000 were medical and public health scientists. They have joined more than 400,000 members of the general public in signing the petition.

The petition is co-authored by Dr. Martin Kulldorff, a Harvard professor and epidemiologist with expertise in detecting and monitoring infectious disease; Dr. Sunetra Gupta, an Oxford University professor and epidemiologist with expertise in immunology; and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a Stanford University Medical School professor and epidemiologist with expertise in infectious disease and vulnerable populations.

“Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short- and long-term public health,” reads the petition, titled the Great Barrington Declaration, after the Massachusetts town where it was authored by the three experts on Oct. 4.

Jefferson County, MO — Police, we are told, are society’s finest. Heroic men and women sacrifice themselves to protect society from criminals so that we may live long and safe lives. If this assertion were entirely true, when these fine men and women commit a crime they are sworn to prevent, they should be held to higher standards than the rest of society because not only have they broken a law, but they have betrayed the trust of people they serve.

However, as the case below illustrates, all too often, when a police officer betrays this trust—going so far as to prey on society’s most vulnerable, children—their badge grants them a lower standard of justice and they escape accountability.

A now-former Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy was entrusted by the citizens of Jefferson County, Mo. to serve and protect them. However, protecting and serving were the last things this admitted child predator had on his mind.

According to police, former deputy Joshua Skaggs, 25, was accused of molesting two children on two different occasions. The victims were 14 and 13-years-old at the time of their sexual assaults.

Authorities say the first incident happened on September 3, 2019, when a 14-year-old girl was visiting Skaggs and his wife at the home. While the relation to Skaggs was unclear, the girl’s story is laid out in disturbing detail in court documents.......read and watch more......
