how do you tell one from another without uniforms;
I saw this comment on Brandon Smith’s article:
We all watched shoot em up Western movies when we were kids. But if you were the last one to get your popcorn and sit down in the living room, you had to ask who were the good guys and who were the bad guys. Back then, all you usually had to do was see who was wearing a white hat and who was wearing a black hat.. If you were late and weren’t sure, everybody in the living room could tell you real quick so as not to interrupt the movie. Now you can wade through years of internet articles, interviews, public debates and court cases and still not know for sure who is who. Most of the time you find out later that they were all bad guys. Even the ones you thought you liked.
At first, I thought that you could spot the bad guys easily: colored hair, overweight and not attractive. You probably have other criteria to add to this list of attributes but in reality, we should classify the bad guys into categories:
- The soldier. These are the minions who follow directions. They usually cannot answer questions concerning their motivations and are unaware of the facts of the issue(s). Many university students fall into this category.
- The paid protester. They are not usually dangerous and now seem to be recruited from retirement villages or homes. Motivated by money and will leave as soon as their “shift” is over.........more..........
