i can't decide whether newsom is insane or actually believes the crap he spews;

California’s far-left Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom and state Senator Scott Wiener believe they can stop Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other federal agencies from enforcing federal immigration laws.

Newsom claims that Trump’s latest order for ICE to focus on Democrat-controlled illegal-alien sanctuary cities is “illegal.” Wiener will sponsor an unenforceable law that would forbid ICE and other federal agents from wearing masks when they arrest illegals.

Both men, apparently, are given to fantasies that they can either block the government from enforcing the law and/or control federal law enforcement.......more..........
