my memory could easily be challenged but i seem to remember reading somewhere that thirty eight states have passed this sort of legislation but i can say here in western nc we see chemtrails all the time and nc has passed laws against it just as fla did;

The whole nation has been watching both houses in the Florida legislature advance their respective bills banning weather modification, chemical geoengineering and chemtrail spraying statewide.

The legislation in both houses has received unusual bipartisan support in what is perhaps the most polarized statehouse in the USA.
