what manner of fire burns in a perfect circle, like in maui;

This fire thing on Maui doesnt add up.  How did all the boats on the water burn as well and there is a perfect circle of fire around the city.

Does “climate change” do that? Or is it geoengineering, meant to LOOK LIKE “climate change,” and scare us into giving up our lives, to “save the planet”?
