signs of an unbalanced relationship;

 who beats them and what is the black eye club about. i've seen lots of these sort of pics with lots of well known 'celebrities' of various flavors from entertainment to political and more;

 the concerns of the general population don't prevail because we're living in an oligarchy here in the empire and the rule of law no longer applies to the little people unless its something the real rulers don't approve of, so those individuals get away with murder and we don't get any real constitutional protection unless it suits them;

“Rights aren’t rights if someone can take them away. They’re privileges.”

- George Carlin

You think you’ve got rights? Think again.

All of those freedoms we cherish—the ones enshrined in the Constitution, the ones that affirm our right to free speech and assembly, due process, privacy, bodily integrity, the right to not have police seize our property without a warrant, or search and detain us without probable cause—amount to nothing when the government and its agents are allowed to disregard those prohibitions on government overreach at will.This is the grim reality of life in the American police state.

In fact, in the face of the government’s ongoing power grabs, our so-called rights have been reduced to mere technicalities, privileges that can be granted and taken away, all with the general blessing of the courts.

This is what one would call a slow death by a thousand cuts, only it’s the Constitution being inexorably bled to death by the very institution (the judicial branch of government) that is supposed to be protecting it (and us) from government abuse.

Court pundits, fixated on a handful of politically charged cases before the U.S. Supreme Court this term dealing with abortion, gun rights and COVID-19 mandates, have failed to recognize that the Supreme Court—and the courts in general—sold us out long ago.

With each passing day, it becomes increasingly clear that Americans can no longer rely on the courts to “take the government off the backs of the people,” in the words of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas. When presented with an opportunity to loosen the government’s noose that keeps getting cinched tighter and tighter around the necks of the American people, what does our current Supreme Court usually do?

It ducks. Prevaricates. Remains silent. Speaks to the narrowest possible concern.

More often than not, it gives the government and its corporate sponsors the benefit of the doubt, seemingly more concerned with establishing order and protecting government interests than with upholding the rights of the people enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

Rarely do the concerns of the populace prevail.

Every so often, the justices toss a bone to those who fear they have abdicated their allegiance to the Constitution. Too often, however, the Supreme Court tends to march in lockstep with the police state.

As a result, the police and other government agents have been generally empowered to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance............read more.......

 evidently the 'jab' works but then you get to decide what that means and for what purpose;

To the BBC, this headline was best. “Covid-19 in Wales: A third of positive cases are unvaccinated.” Correctly translated, this means that at least 66% were vaccinated, but wait, there’s more!

In the second paragraph, we learn that “Nearly 13% of hospital patients with confirmed Covid were unvaccinated.” So, 87% were vaccinated.

But wait, there’s more!

Although 80% of patients have been double-dosed with a vaccine, public health officials said this is not evidence that the vaccine is not working – and that vaccines keep 95% of people out of hospital.

One-third of positive cases were not vaccinated, and 13% of the unvaccinated were hospitalized with confirmed cases of COVID. And 80% of the hospitalized patients had both doses. But that doesn’t mean the vaccine does not work.

Jab Juice keeps 95% of people out of the hospital, but 80% of the people with COVID in the hospital were vaccinated.

The BBC just turned water into wine!

But wait, there’s more.

The sheer numbers of people vaccinated – nearly 95% of those over 60 and 84% of those under 60 – mean that statistically, double-vaccinated people will still be a significant proportion of hospital patients.

The vaccine will keep 95% of people out of the hospital, but we’ve seen so many in the hospital because so many of them are vaccinated. And that must explain why two-thirds of COVID-related deaths are among the vaccinated.

The piece also reports that the actual number of hospitalized over 60 are unvaccinated, which undercuts all the other facts in the article, but it must. The goal (beginning with the headline) is to get more people vaccinated even if they still end up sick, in the hospital, or dead.

Because it works!.

I guess the missing component is the definition of “works.”

I can help. Ivermectin works. No hospitalization is required, nor must we suffer ridiculous headlines like the one from the BBC, or – and this matters – the numerous harms attributed to The Jab™...............https://www.theburningplatform.com/2021/10/05/bbc-nearly-13-of-hospital-patients-with-confirmed-covid-were-unvaccinated-you-mean-87-were-vaccinated/

 it begins is a clear and accurate title for this short presentation of what 'our' government is now doing that won't be good for you;

It begins.
The federal government is issuing warrants from compliant Google to turn over anyone typing in certain search terms.

But they assure the American public that they can be trusted. Just like the federal government assured Americans they would not abuse the secret FISA courts to spy on innocent Americans!

We now know that crooked feds were spying on Donald Trump, his family, his campaign and his presidency using the secret courts to obtain warrants.

This is your brave new world. Get used to it.

TRENDING: It Begins: Federal Investigators Are Issuing Warrants for Google to Turn Over Anyone Typing in Certain Search Terms

Yahoo reported:

The U.S. government is reportedly secretly issuing warrants for Google to provide user data on anyone typing in certain search terms, raising fears that innocent online users could get caught up in serious crime investigations at a greater frequency than previously thought.

In an attempt to track down criminals, federal investigators have started using new “keyword warrants” and used them to ask Google to provide them information on anyone who searched a victim’s name or their address during a particular year, an accidentally unsealed court document that Forbes found shows.

Google has to respond to thousands of warrant orders each year, but the keyword warrants are a relatively new strategy used by the government and are controversial.

“Trawling through Google’s search history database enables police to identify people merely based on what they might have been thinking about, for whatever reason, at some point in the past,” Jennifer Granick, surveillance and cybersecurity counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union, told Forbes.

“This never-before-possible technique threatens First Amendment interests and will inevitably sweep up innocent people, especially if the keyword terms are not unique and the time frame not precise. To make matters worse, police are currently doing this in secret, which insulates the practice from public debate and regulation,” she added.

The government said that the scope of the warrants is limited to avoid implicating innocent people who happen to search for certain terms, but it’s not publicly disclosed how many users’ data are sent to the government and what the extent of the warrant requests are..........https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/10/begins-federal-investigators-issuing-warrants-google-turn-anyone-typing-certain-search-terms/?ff_source=Email&ff_medium=the-gateway-pundit&ff_campaign=dailyam&ff_content=daily

 i always have liked to read fred even when i don't agree with all of his examples as is the case in this exploration of the evils of our current censorship by those we can't affect;

Much has been written about burgeoning censorship of web and media in America. The pace appears to be picking up as control becomes both deeper and more open. Consider:

For quite a while this meritorious column was homeported at the Unz Review. The site has now been banned. Recently I received this from Ron Unz in response to a request for information on the Review’s banning:

“Sure, Fred. Basically, we were banned from Facebook (i.e. nothing containing unz.com can appear there or even be sent in private messages). More importantly, all our pages were “deranked” from every Google search, meaning they’re now absolutely at the bottom of all search results… Not only was our rudimentary Facebook page eliminated, but all subsequent attempts …to post our articles to the world’s largest social network produced an error message describing the content as “abusive.” Our entire website had been banned.”

The Review is not calculated to make friends with everybody, among other things being intensely and, I would say imaginatively, hostile to Jews, but this is hardly uncommon, and the site has never advocated violence against anyone.

Then there is American Renaissance, a white nationalist site. We have been trained to equate the phrase with the KKK, advocacy of lynching, calls to violence, and irrational hatred. It is none of these things. Follow the link and see for yourself. Most of its postings are repostings from mainstream publications. It advocates ending illegal immigration and affirmative action, controlling crime regardless of the race of the criminal, deporting illegals and argues that since other races have organizations supporting their interests—BLM, La Raza—whites also should have a political organization. You may or may not agree with some, all, or any of this, but these are not fringe ideas and, if they were, fringe ideas are not against the law. There is no advocacy, explicit or implied, of criminality.

Yet the site has been banned by Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Visa, and Mastercard.......read more......

 i've read presentations that say cops can't be hired if they score too high in testing and this certainly seems to back that up. the cops attack a driver who is paraplegic and drag him from his car due to the window tint on his vehicle;

Dayton, OH — If ever you think that all traffic laws are for your safety, one thing can change that view—window tint. In the land of the free, if police feel that your window tint is too dark, they will claim the right to extort money from you. If you resist this extortion, police will claim the right to kidnap or kill you. Unfortunately, in the land of the free, these instances happen so frequently that they are often caught on video too. As the following incident illustrates, fearful cops whose only tool is the escalation of violence, will not hesitate to resort to deadly force over a stop for window tint — up to and including against people in wheelchairs.

Clifford Owensby of Dayton, Ohio, recently learned the violent and oppressive lengths the American police state will go to enforce window tint extortion laws. Owensby, who had committed no crime, was targeted by police, assaulted, and then sent on his way because of the arbitrary darkness of his window tint.

Owensby’s nightmare started last Friday when he and his grandson were out running errands. As Owensby was driving down the street, harming no one, police targeted him for extortion because his window tint was at 20 percent. The interaction was captured on both body camera footage and cellphone footage.

As the video shows, an officer approaches the vehicle and tells the innocent father that his window tint is too dark before later demanding that he exit the vehicle.

Owensby then explained to the officer that he couldn’t get out of the vehicle as he didn’t have his wheelchair and had gotten help getting in the car............read and watch more.........
