Yes, Virginia.  It’s the Chemtrails.

Group Captain Mandrake has received from one of his ardent supporters (Garcia de Malones) some pretty compelling evidence of Chemtrails saturating the skies over Hendersonville, NC in the weeks just prior to the Helene devastation. For those not familiar with the area, this town is near ground zero for the turbocharged Helene.

Weather manipulation, like cloud-seeding, has happened before, such as the British “Operation Cumulus“. This was a RAF weather modification experiment conducted in 1952, unintentionally resulting in deadly flash floods in Lynmouth, England.

Operation Cumulus caused the worst flooding in 300 years, killing 35 when the Lynmouth River easily passed flood stage as a result of cloud seeding resulting in 9″ of rain in 24 hours..........more......
