The gulf is widening between the ultra-Zionists and the rest of the civilized world. Two recent statements — one by an Israeli soldier and one from Israel’s Finance Minister, Bezalel Smotrich — leave no doubt that the Zionist vision is to conquer surrounding Arab and Muslim nations. At least they are not pretending that their only goal in killing Palestinians is to make Israelis safe in their homes.

Before looking at the rantings of these two fanatics, I want to flag an interesting piece that appeared recently in Haaretz, written by Ofer Aderet. He provides a nice history of the ultra-Zionist efforts to occupy Palestinian lands and expel them. Here is his introduction (I recommend you read the entire piece):
