Imagine being worried the hospital system will be overwhelmed while also having the luxury of firing all healthcare workers who don't take the vaccine

It shows that either: they're lying about hospitals being overwhelmed, or they simply don't care if they do and shouldn't be guiding public policy.

If there's already a nursing shortage, maybe we shouldn't fire a bunch of them who chose not to get it?
