Cell phone video that is part of a police investigation shows the chaos that unfolded after a Temple University student was chased into a campus residence hall and assaulted. It happened around 3 a.m. Sunday. Police say the student ran into the lobby of Morgan Hall South, where the group of juveniles followed and created a chaotic scene.
