The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced today that an audit of New York state found that more than 50 percent of non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) issued by the state were illegal.

The report, which summarizes a letter from FMCSA chief Derek Barrs to far-left Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Commissioner Mark Schroeder, was released on the heels of two more traffic fatalities involving foreign truck drivers.

One involved an English-illiterate Chinese national who received a CDL from New York. Another involved yet a fourth Indian illegal alien released into the country by the Biden administration.........more............
