Donald Trump, aka Trumpenstein, has really done it this time. As he did last summer, he ordered our military to bomb Iran in the middle of the night. You could almost call it a Dirty Sneaking Rotten Jap kind of thing. And just like last time, peace negotiations had already been scheduled. America 2.0 doesn’t do diplomacy.
It’s so sad- even tragic- to see how this whole MAGA/America First movement has unraveled since last summer. You know, when Trumpenstein suddenly took an abrupt turn down the darkest of rabbit holes, and started referring to the Epstein Files- which he had long demanded be released- as a “Democrat hoax.” A year ago at this time, I was positively giddy over the initial DOGE revelations. The Capracorn from all those Frank Capra films had really been triggered in me. I fantasized about what might be exposed with the promised audit of the Pentagon. Then an audit of the Federal Reserve. And the CIA. And FEMA. And the FBI. The people would see in live time that what the Grace Commission found in the 1980s- fully one third of all government spending is waste, fraud, and abuse- has only grown worse. The California Padres thought that they had secured Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Merrill Kelly with an offer of $40 million for just two years.
The Diamondbacks were offering that payout over three years, but Kelly took the Diamondbacks.
The reason?
California’s ruinous tax burden is fueling an exodus of wealthy taxpayers and businesses from the state.
It is the latest example of how Democrats have reversed the Gold Rush with a long line of U-Hauls heading to more responsible states.
Explaining his decision, the pitcher told the media that “I don’t think it’s any secret on how much money you get taken out of your pocket when you go to California.”
With the calls for billionaire taxes and attacks on the wealthy as “not paying their fair share,” Democrats and unions have doubled down on their “eat the rich” rhetoric. The problem is that wealth, like the wealthy, is mobile. Both are leaving, and the current estimate stands at a possible $2 trillion fleeing the state over the last year. California continues to lead the nation in the loss of citizens to other states.
In the meantime, Democrats are continuing their high-spending pattern under Gov. Gavin Newsom from boondoggle projects to reparations to bloated union pension agreements.
With California’s 13% tax rate on income above $1 million, players view California as illusory in terms of elite contracts. What the team giveth, the state taketh away. That does not include the higher collateral taxes and costs, including gasoline costs (which are also the highest in the nation).
It appears that the high-spending, high-taxing policies are not just benefiting red states but also their baseball teams. As a Cubs fan, I would be delighted except for the fact that Chicago and Illinois are also in the hands of Democrats pursuing the same disastrous policies..

Abdul Jalloh, 32, is alleged to have stabbed Stephanie Minter, 41, earlier this week. He was caught shortly after her body was discovered at a bus stop. After his arrest, Department of Homeland Security officials told several news outlets that Jalloh was an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone with an extensive rap sheet. He had been arrested over 30 times for crimes including rape, malicious wounding, assault, identity theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, assault, and pick-pocketing.
Jalloh had committed his litany of crimes in a relatively short period of time, after arriving in the U.S. illegally in 2012, according to the DHS. I have in front of me evidence of the extent to which our ethnic American nation has disappeared. It exists in the form of a notice from a Medicare supplement provider, that is, an insurance company that for a premium will ensure a person against the medical expenses that Medicare will not pay. In other words, Medicare only provides partial protection. To be insured, you have to pay for a private insurance policy.
The notice from the supplement provider lists the languages in which customer representatives can supply assistance. English, of course, and Spanish, America’s second language. Arabic, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, German, Gujarati, Vietnamese, Hindu, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, and Urdu. These are languages in which just one Medicare supplement company can provide assistance. The list for Medicare itself, which I once saw, list 50 or more languages in which it provides assistance.
For a Medicare supplement company to provide assistance in 20 languages for Medicare covered persons is expensive to the company and implies that there are many people in America who speak these languages, but not English.
Think about this for a moment. How many countries have a world population in place of an ethnic population that is the basis of the countries name? Does Israel have a world population? Does Japan? Does China, Indonesia?
What multiculturalism does is to destroy nations. Multiculturalism replaces nations with Towers of Babel. This process has gone the furtherest in the white ethnic countries. For example, the red state of Texas faces a vote whether to permit Sharia law in Texas and whether to permit Israeli indoctrination as a mandatory requirement in Texas education.

US Central Command reports that three American service members were killed in combat, with five seriously wounded — and it should here be noted that “seriously wounded” can mean permanently brain damaged, comatose, or otherwise rendered severely handicapped for the rest of their lives.
Trump said during an interview with The Daily Mail that he now expects this war to last “four weeks or so”, and that he expects US casualties to continue.

Killing Khamenei did not inspire Iranian opponents of the Islamic Republic to flood the streets of Tehran and demand the ouster of the mullahs. If you listen to Donald Trump’s public words, he is making wild claims about US military successes in killing Iranians. However, there are new reports that suggest Trump is panicked and searching for a way to declare victory and exit the war. Donald Trump asked Italy to mediate or serve as a conduit for proposing an immediate ceasefire with Iran, following the recent US-Israeli military strikes on Iranian targets (including the reported killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in late February 2026).
According to multiple media reports, US officials, through Italian mediation (likely involving Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s government or channels), proposed a swift ceasefire to de-escalate tensions and potentially return to negotiations. During war, war propaganda, dominates over factual reporting, and even is turned by court historians into historical “fact” that prevails for years after the war is over. The current reporting on the Israeli-American attack on Iran is even more doubtful, considering the enormous lies we have been told by Israel and Trump.
According to Fox News, in the joint military surprise attack on Iran, Israel’s missiles targeted the Iranian leadership, and the American missiles attacked the Iranian missile sites. Israeli and American officials confirm that Israel succeeded in assassinating 40 more Iranian top leaders, including Supreme Leader Khamenei, leaving Iran without leadership.
Whether or not true, if this is a loss remains to be seen. Apparently, the Iranian leadership lacked the wits to see that an attack was imminent and continued in the negotiations that Trump was using a second time to set Iran up for a surprise attack, and the Supreme Leader made no effort to locate to a safe place. This is not a sign of Iranian intelligence.
It is likely that Iran will be defeated, the usual fate of a military that permits the strategic initiative to remain in the hands of the enemy, as Putin and Xi have also done. As Russia and China are too frightened to come to Iran’s aid, the defeat of Iran could also mean the end of BRICS and the New Chinese Silk Road. Russian and Chinese leadership are demonstrating that their support is purely verbal and means nothing.
Congratulations to Netanyahu, the Israel Lobby, and Israel’s American neo-conservative agents who are succeeding in the restoration of Israeli-American world hegemony. It seems that Israeli-American hegemony has no opponents capable of standing up to domination by the Israeli-American alliance, much less the pathetic Russian and Chinese governments. The failure of Putin and Xi to stand up for their countries in the face of Washington’s aggression has convinced Trump that he can act with impunity anywhere in the world. Remember, Trump said words to the effect that he can do whatever he wants. Trumps words reminded me of Lenin when he declared that “the scientific concept of dictatorship means neither more nor less than unlimited power, resting directly on force, not limited by anything, not restricted by any laws, nor any absolute rules. Nothing else but that.”
With AI destroying endless thousands of American jobs, Trump will have plenty of canon fodder with which to invade Cuba, Turkey, Egypt (“from the Nile to the Euphrates”), and with which to occupy Taiwan.
The Iranian government shares responsibility for the attack on Iran with Russia, China, Israel, and Trump. The witless Iranian government allowed itself to again be deceived, thinking that they were in peace negotiations with Trump while Trump and Israel were preparing an attack on Iran. The Iranian government did not even have the intelligence to protect the country’s leadership from assassination by Israeli missiles. The Iranian government tried to ignore the coming attack and gave away the strategic initiative to its enemies. Putin has done the same thing, and it seems Xi also.
These are the wrong messages to send to Trump and Israel. Gilbert Doctorow believes, correctly in my opinion, that the inability of Iran, Russia, and China to act intelligently has brought us to the opening stage of World War III. Putin himself, like Iran, has been deceiving himself and the Russian people for a long time by participating in Ukrainian “peace negotiations,” despite the fact that Putin has said time and time again that it is impossible to trust the Americans. Nevertheless, Putin has setup himself and his country for another deception like the Minsk agreement. China’s only weapons are words that mean nothing whatsoever to Washington.
Perhaps the Democrats will impeach Trump for committing the United States to a war crime without the consent of Congress. But as Trump has proved himself to be Israel’s effective tool, the Democrats would find themselves up against the Israel Lobby, a fight for which Democrats have little stomach.

Republican Congressman Tim Burchett of Tennessee appeared on NewsNation tonight and provided a reminder for all of the Democrats who are suddenly claiming that Trump can’t act on Iran without congressional approval.
Burchett points out that Obama bombed eight different countries without congressional approval.
Democrats think no one remembers anything. When Obama was president, he could pretty much do anything he wanted with zero pushback from his party or the media. He could do no wrong in their eyes.
