But Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin ruled otherwise, that it was the prerogative of the state Senate to authorize it, and the audit continues. Democrats continue trying desperately to hit the pause button on the process. The venue, an old civic arena, is only rented until May 14, so physically disrupting the audit may be their only hope to prevent discovery of massive, widespread election fraud — exactly what the Democrats have aimed their firehose of propaganda against since last November.

The question is: what actually happens if the auditors come up with clear and conclusive evidence proving that the ballot count was wildly incorrect due to fraud? Might the Arizona legislature have to de-certify the results? One big tamale is the US Senate seat that former astronaut Mark Kelly, Democrat, took from Republican Martha McSally, giving the Dems a 50 plus one (Kamala Harris) vote advantage. Whoops, there goes Ol’ Joe’s agenda, right there. Might Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan have to submit to audits? Will it take lawsuits to prompt the courts in those states to order it? The numbers are already pretty grim: 70 percent of Republicans and 30 percent of Democrats say they doubt the veracity of the 2020 election. Will the discovery that massive, widespread election fraud actually occurred lead to a constitutional crisis? Austin, TX — An Austin man, Alexander Gonzales, 27, was shot dead after an interaction with an off-duty cop that started on a highway. The officer claimed Gonzales cut him off and brandished a gun, so he followed the man and shot at him six times — as they drove down the road — hitting Gonzales and his female passenger. The couple’s baby was in the backseat of the car.

Cellphone footage was shared online in January, however, Austin Police released video Wednesday showing what dash cameras and body cameras captured that night. It does not look good for the officers involved.

Originally, police refused to speculate on whether or not the shooting was an act of road rage. However, they are now fully admitting it because the video captured Austin police Officer Gabriel Gutierrez saying those very words.

“Um, it was a road rage incident. I was driving and he cut me off, and he pointed a gun at me,” Gutierrez said on the 911 call. Though Gutierrez claimed his victim pointed a gun at him, this is not seen in the video. What’s more, when Gutierrez shoots Gonzales, Gonzales did not have a gun in his hand. He was simply appeared to be checking on his baby in the back seat.

“The officer fired at the suspect at this point. Multiple rounds were fired by the officer,” Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said at the time of the shooting.

Though police claim Gonzales pointed a gun at the off-duty cop, they admit he never fired it. What’s more, they refer to Gonzales as the suspect despite the officer shooting him. 

Bystander video captured the moments after Gonzales came to a halt. When the off-duty officer opened fire on Gonzales, he also shot the innocent woman in the passenger seat. Luckily, the one-year-old baby in the back seat did not also become a victim......read and watch more.....

Last week there were some interesting stories that were very definitely underreported partly due to the fact that the mainstream media was heavily into the distraction provided by its beatification of George Floyd. In spite of the extreme violence and racism behind the attacks, the story did not seem to interest the disproportionate number of Zionists among American news editors and reporters. In the US the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed in order to provide legal enforcement to the 14th Amendment to the Constitution that guarantees equal protection of the laws. The language of the legislation specifically prohibits favoring or inhibiting any race or gender with quotas.  Nevertheless, the law was violated by the regulatory authority, and a system of racial privileges for blacks was forced on universities, employers, and the population.  Less qualified blacks were given preference over more qualified whites in university admissions, employment and promotion. According to a report by Jeremy Kuzmarov, “over 18,000 Pentagon contractors remain in Afghanistan, while official troops number 2,500. Joe Biden will withdraw this smaller group of soldiers while leaving behind US Special Forces, mercenaries, and intelligence operatives — privatizing and down-scaling the war, but not ending it.” Already there are seven private military contractors in Afghanistan for every single US soldier.

Use of private military contractors allows the Pentagon and US intelligence agencies to avoid serious Congressional oversight. Typically they are special forces veterans who earn vastly more as private security contractors or mercenaries. Their work is simply classified so there is almost no accountability. The New York Times reports, citing current and former US officials, that Washington “will most likely rely on a shadowy combination of clandestine Special Operations forces, Pentagon contractors and covert intelligence operatives” to conduct operations inside Afghanistan.

The current Afghan government led by Ashraf Ghani, like that of Hamid Karzai is a creation of the United States. Ghani will remain Washington’s proxy in Kabul. His military is funded by the United States at a cost of around $4 billion per year. For what?......read more..........

He makes her feel like she's going crazy for thinking he's controlling, and that she is being ungrateful. (After all, he's only doing this because of how much he cares about her.)

He doesn't want her going to the gym anymore, so she doesn't go. He also doesn't let her go to work anymore (he told her to only rely on him for income and that he will take care of her).

She's not really allowed to go out anymore, unless it's for necessities, and when she does, he makes sure to have people guilt trip her about it and shame her for it.

He wants her to have this medical procedure done and tells her that if she does it, he will allow her more freedoms.

Newly released video shows Garner was beaten to the point of having her arm broken and her shoulder dislocated while being arrested for an alleged attempted theft of $13.88. In June 2020, Garner had apparently attempted to leave a Walmart in Loveland, Colorado, with a bag full of small items but was confronted by store staff. She left empty-handed, and may have simply forgotten to pay.

Minutes later, Garner was walking home when approached by police who demanded she stop and submit to arrest for the “theft.” Within minutes, two police officers threw the old woman—who was apparently confused—to the ground as she kept repeating “I am going home” over and over.Afterward, police refused to provide any medical attention to the woman, and while she groaned in agony, they threw her in a jail cell for two hours before then transporting her to the county lock-up for an additional three hours.

The district attorney refused to press charges, since even a DA could see any that group of somewhat rational people—i.e., non–police officers sitting on a jury—was likely to conclude that this woman was of no real threat to anyone.

It’s not hard to imagine the predictable reaction to this video from those who reflexively defend police abuse. She “should have complied,” they’ll say. Some might insist that if she had her arm broken and her tiny body thrown to the ground, she was “asking for it” because, well, she may have tried to steal the equivalent of thirteen dollars.

Indeed, defenders of police abuse and incompetence often attempt to console themselves with the idea that they would always comply with police orders, and therefore would never have to worry about being shot dead, beaten down, or otherwise abused by police.

Meanwhile, the city’s main jail, Rikers Island, is scheduled to be closed down in 2026. Abolish incarceration! Well done, Big Apple!

Derek Chauvin murdered George Floyd on video and he was subsequently convicted for it. This is how the legal system is supposed to work. Unfortunately, however, it is extremely rare to prosecute even the low level killers and utterly impossible to go after the high level mass murderers — even when they kill tens of thousands of people — and admit to it.

The reason it is impossible to go after this elite group of super killers is because society has been conditioned to accept this mass murder as part of life.
