A Milwaukee school teacher has admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old boy after she bought him a handgun for his birthday and shared explicit photos with him. 

Tyesha Bolden, 34, pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a student, providing a dangerous weapon to a person under 18 and third-degree sexual assault. 

Prosecutors say that Bolden bought the victim the gun as a birthday present, with the inappropriate behavior occurring when the victim was then 13-years-old. 

Bolden had been a teacher at Pilgrim Lutheran School in Wauwatosa, and became the boy's teacher in October 2022 before she started texting with him. 

According to a criminal complaint, by early 2023 she was sending him sexually explicit photographs of herself and telling the student she loved him. ..........more.........
