There are hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants coming across the U.S. border every month. In December alone, there were a record 300,000. Think about your town and what they'd do with 300,000 new people in one month.

To put that in perspective: The city I grew up in is constantly running short of budgetary funds to keep things running, and the population is only 75,000. If even a few thousand new residents showed up in a month, the city would completely fall apart.
